Support

ECN exists to serve the computing needs of the faculty, staff and students within the College of Engineering, the Purdue Polytechnic Institute, and the majority of Discovery Park and the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research and Partnerships. To accomplish this, information and support are offered by a structure of staff that includes site specialists located within each school, a central staff providing system wide support, and an online Contact page.

Knowledge Base

First, try to locate an answer in ECN's online library of documentation covering ECN-specific issues and a great range of general computing information.

Second, ask for assistance from the ECN Helpdesk . If you are having trouble with an ECN computer or some aspect of your ECN account, use this form to alert the appropriate ECN staff.

Third, if you need ECN to assist you on your machine at home, please go to the Teamviewer page, download, locate, run it as a test, and then, when contacted by ECN, be ready to use this to work with us.
