Synchronizing your password

Zope should authenticate you against the same login and password that you use for your career account. However, if you recently received your account or you have not changed your password recently, Zope might be accessing an older file.

There are several options for you to try and synchronize/coordinate your passwords across all of the Purdue domains.

  • ECN has a Knowledge Base Document set up that will guide you through using passwd. Scroll to the bottom under the Changing Your Password heading for the step by step instructions.
  • ECN has a password change webpage that will walk you through the process online. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully.
