Getting Started with your ECN Account

ECN works with Information Technology at Purdue (ITaP) to provide you with a single "Career Account" this is one username and password which you will use to access computing resources across campus. For information on establishing your ECN account please refer to the ECN Getting Started Guide

Finding Answers to your Questions

ECN maintains a Knowledge Base with answers to several commonly asked computer questions. If you are technically inclined you may try searching the Knowledge Base for answers on your own.

Requesting Support

The best option to request support is to complete the Contact Us / Trouble Report form on our web site. Put in your career account login and hit tab - the form will autofill as much information as possible.
