Using Outlook on a Windows7 machine not letting you log in?

An issue has been identified with users of Windows 7 machines attempting to use Outlook to check email, and the login box appearing blank.

We do have a fix for this, but it requires manual intervention on ECN's part. Please submit a ticket from the affected machine using www.purdue.edu/ecn/contactus and we will get you called back and apply the fix at that time.

In the meantime, please use the web portal for Office365 (Click the Outlook button after signing in with your @purdue.edu address at www.office.com)

Separately, please schedule a time with us to upgrade your Windows 7 machine to Windows 10.
