PAL3 outage still ongoing, eduroam is functioning in a limited manner

The outage for the PAL3 networks continues to frustrate campus staff. The vendor is now on site to assist. Eduroam is working intermittently, with very long connect times. To use eduroam, please follow the instructions at https://support.purdue.edu/goldanswers/308500
