ECE Tutor Bank Application
If you are an ECE undergraduate or graduate student interested in being added to the ECE list of available tutors, please complete the following information after ensuring your eligibility to apply.
Tutor List Eligibility
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Undergraduates must have received a minimum grade of B (not B-) in each course they list as being able to tutor. Graduate students will have their applications evaluated by the ECE Graduate Office.
- International students are not eligible to apply due to stipulations in their visas regarding work eligibility. Contact the Office for International Students and Scholars with questions.
This list is purged at the end of each term. You must submit an application each term if you wish to continue as a tutor.

Please list the courses for which you are interested in tutoring (e.g. ECE 20100).
Courses from the First Year Engineering curriculum (eg. MA 16500) and gen ed courses should not be included. Students may consult with the appropriate department if they need to find a tutor for these disciplines.
It is recommended that you ONLY tutor students on the Purdue West Lafayette campus! Neither the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering nor the University is responsible for an unforeseen activity or behavior resulting from this service. Any questionable behavior should be reported to the ECE Counseling Office located in 136 of the Electrical Engineering Building. By submitting this form, you agree to allow the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering to publish your name, email address, tutor hourly fee, and list of courses. Students are responsible for ensuring their work eligibility prior to applying.
