SPARK INNOVATION COMPETITION
Purdue University Students….. Are you creative and innovative? Enjoy friendly competition? Or are you looking for opportunities to network with local professionals in various industries?
Join local area students from surrounding universities in a “think tank” style innovation competition. Solve real-world problems with real-world engineers and scientists working alongside real-world industry though leaders!
FIRST Midwest SPARK Event Purdue University, Northwestern University and University of Wisconsin – Madison
Competition will be held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Thursday/Friday, Feb 28/Mar 1, 2019. No cost for selected participants.

INTERESTED? A maximum of 20 applications will be selected to participate in the event and will represent a diverse set of disciplines. To apply, submit information listed below to sparkpurdueinnovate@gmail.com along with a brief paragraph (25 words or less preferred) of why you want to participate in this opportunity. Applications are reviewed as received. Selected participants will be notified and confirmed by February 10. Get your applications in early!

Food Restrictions (this is only so we have this information already if you are accepted)
Additional information: If accepted, you will be assigned (1) to a team, which will consist of students from all three schools and different disciplines on the day before the competition; and (2) assigned a problem statement on the day of the competition. Costs to travel to the event and hotel for one night (Iron Horse in Milwaukee) will be covered as well as most food at the event.
