2. Complete the Planning Sheet https://www.ippu.purdue.edu/Programs/PeaceCorps/PCPrepPlanningSheet.pdf
3. Have their advisor sign their planning sheet
4. Include a scanned copy of their planning sheet with signature as a part of their online application, due 10/3
