There is a one-credit preparatory class on M & W at 3:30 in the fall.  This will be the 9^th year that we have annually conducted this class since the Earthquake of 2010.  Because of the diversity of food and entrepreneur topics we research and share with our Haiti university student colleagues, the broader the disciplines of our students in our class the better. Annually we share topics which have been identified by previous class members in areas of food, water, health, soils and plants, animals, technology, and entrepreneurship. You may already know that class counts as a Capstone Class in the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation program.   

1.  We will have 22 spots for students. Spots will be filled in the order you applied and now you have to decide to pay the $500 deposit to hold your spot.
