AT&T is taking it up a notch this October and inviting top talent to Dallas to experience innovation first hand.  AT&T L1VE is a fast track option for candidates interested in our Development programs.  This all expenses paid trip to Dallas will put you among the best and brightest in your field and feature competitions, client interactions, tours, networking and fun!

What does it take to qualify?

For Technology Development Programs (Software Development & Engineering and Operations)

• Graduating May 2019 with a degree in Computer Science or STEM related degree with programming skills.  Software Development will also consider December 2018 CS degrees.
• Minimum of 2 internships within field of study or Minimum of 1 internship and Senior Capstone (can be in process)
• Preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher
• Leadership experience:  Campus club, Eagle Scout, etc.
• Technical aptitude, strong analytical skills, problem solver, team oriented
• Locations:  Dallas TX, Atlanta GA, El Segundo CA, Middletown NJ and more
• Cyber security program is also available

For B2B Sales

• Graduating May 2019 with a Business Degree; internship experience and/or actively enrolled in professional sales certification track preferred
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Campus involvement:  student clubs, athletics, demonstrated leadership
• Willingness to relocate
• Strong communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Cold calling, or business sales experience a plus

For our Leadership Development Program/Finance Leadership Development Program (MBA Students)

• Graduating May 2019 with an MBA or Masters in Operations, Strategy, Finance or Marketing
• Area of focus: General Management
• Outstanding leadership experience, technology background a plus
• 3 + years of relevant full-time work experience
• Willingness to relocate
• For our Finance Leadership program only- CPA / CFA credentials a plus, Strong working knowledge of Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables) and Access, and Data Science- Analytics, Visualization, Machine Learning, AI a plus
