ECE 69500 - Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits

Course Details

Lecture Hours: 3 Credits: 3

Counts as:

Experimental Course Offered:

Spring 2007, Fall 2009, Fall 2013

Catalog Description:

This course will focus on design of CMOS radio frequency integrated circuits for wireless, wired and optoelectronic systems. Design and layout will be carried out using Cadence and Specter RF design suits on a commercial advanced CMOS technology design kit. Cadence design suit is widely used by industry for the implementation of RF and mixed signal circuits.
