Tenure-track Positions in Electrical Engineering Harvard University

 

The Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) seeks applicants for a position at the tenure-track level in Electrical Engineering, with an expected start date of July 1, 2016.

This is a broad faculty search and we welcome applicants in all areas of electrical and computer systems engineering. We are particularly interested in candidates with  sufficient breadth to be able to work across multiple levels along the continuum of EE topics: materials, devices, circuits, systems, algorithms and theory. Examples include, but are not limited to: emerging techniques for circuits and VLSI systems; embedded systems and IoT; systems that combine ubiquitous sensing, actuation, and control; computational sensing; software-hardware co-design; computer architecture; approximate computing; biomedical devices.

Candidates are required to have a doctorate or terminal degree by the expected start date. In addition, we seek candidates who have a strong research record and a commitment to undergraduate teaching and graduate training.
