CMOS Device Engineer

Duties:

• Develop next generation CMOS for 3D NAND memory
• Develop active (transistor)/passive (resistor/capacitor) models
• Work with circuit design team to define CMOS targets and electrical design rules (EDR)
• Analyze and improve CMOS variation in fab
• Work with counterparts in Japan;

Qualifications:
This position requires MS/PhD with Solid understanding of semiconductor devices, good understanding of basic digital/analog circuits and basic understanding of process integration is needed. Proficiency in scripting and handling large data is plus. Must join before Summer 2019.
