What's the Yesplus Retreat?

The Yesplus Retreat is a 22-hour immersive, innovative life-skills training and self-development program offered to thousands of students at more than 40 universities across the country, including Stanford, Ohio State and MIT. Students gain foundational stress-management and leadership skills, develop a personal daily breathing practice, develop strategies for social connection, and engage in peer driven service initiatives. Taught over four consecutive days, Yesplus introduces the SKY meditation, a scientifically validated breathing practice that significantly increases one's well-being and calmness and reduces physical and mental stress. It's one of the coolest places to connect to yourself, make awesome friends and have a lot fun!

We are happy to share that Purdue SFAB has provided us with a big grant to provide students with large amounts of scholarship for the Yesplus Retreat. There are limited spots available for this retreat and they are filling up fast. If you would like to attend the retreat, please fill out the application by clicking the link below.
