The Insight Data Engineering Fellows Program is a tuition-free Fellowship for computer scientists and engineers looking to transition to careers in data engineering. Over the last 5 years, we have helped over 800 graduate students and postdocs who are all now data scientists and engineers at over 200 leading data companies across the United States. We will also be awarding Fellowships for our Artificial Intelligence Fellows Program in New York for the first time in July, and in Silicon Valley in September, to help students transition to careers as AI professionals in the tech industry.

A number of alumni from Purdue have gone through the program including Faye Zheng (Statistics), Ashrith Barthur (CERIAS), and Yancheng Lui (Infectious Disease), who are now data engineers and data scientists at Insight Data Science, H2O.ai, and athenahealth respectively.

We would hate for students from Purdue to miss out on this opportunity. Applications are now open for our Data Engineering Fellowships in New York and Silicon Valley, starting September 5th (deadline June 26th). Additionally, we are also accepting applications for our next sessions of the Insight Artificial Intelligence Fellows Program, starting July 17th in New York and September 5th in Silicon Valley.
