Job Description:
 

One graduate student research appointment is available with the Air Force Institute of Technology.  Qualified candidates should have received a MS or pursuing a PhD or ABD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering within the past five years.  A PhD is preferred, however a qualified candidate with MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering may also be considered.  US Citizenship is required.

This appointment includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Research Post-Doc in the Cyber-Advanced Networking in Mobile Applications Laboratory (Cyber-ANiMAL). Responsibilities will include such tasks as creating computer code, developing new protocols, constructing experimental test scenarios, running experiments, analyzing data, creating documentation, and performing other necessary tasks in the research and development process. Several on-going research projects that the post-doc can participate in including software defined radio development, developing new techniques for network management and visualization, data analytics and data fusion, enterprise and SCADA network security, developing/benchmarking next-generation systems, and efforts related to distributed sensor networks.
