Ten Mistakes when Learning Probability

Grade Distribution

  • Homework (30%). I will drop ONE lowest scored homework. No late homework.

  • Midterm I and II (15% each). In-person. No make up. If you miss a midterm, I will move the percentage to Final exam.

  • Final Exam (40%). In-person. If you miss the final exam, you will earn an incomplete or fail, depending on the situation.

  • Historically speaking, the average GPA for ECE 302 is around 2.6.

  • I will curve the class. But roughly speaking, the passing grade has been around 50%.

DRC

  • Please submit your request through DCR. I will approve it in myPurdue.

  • I will follow the recommendations from DRC.

  • Exams: you need to go to DRC and take them.

  • Please reserve your exam slot with DRC early.
