CAREER FAIR FAQ
The Civil Engineering Career Fair is put on each Fall by CESAC (typically in early October). The Civil Engineering Career Fair provides students with an opportunity to talk with a wide variety of companies whose work is focused primarily within Civil Engineering. Students also have the opportunity to distribute resumes and make company contacts. It's a great opportunity for students to find internships, co-ops, and full-time positions! Companies will also find the Civil Engineering Career Fair to be an excellent opportunity to recruit Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management students from Purdue.
Please see the Company Information page for current information about this year's dates.
The numbers of attending companies typically ranges from 50 to 100. Click here to view a detailed list of the companies attending the event.
The CE Career Fair typically features over 500 Civil Engineering students on both the undergraduate and graduate level.
There is a uniform fee of $700 per table.
Payment is handled by Purdue Conferences, and can be completed by mail, fax, or via credit card over the internet. For more information, please visit the registration page. Any further payment questions email Emily Gillis, Conference Coordinator, at email@example.com.
Do to space limitations we can have a maximum of about 140 company tables. We suggest your company register as soon as possible (registration typically begins in April).

Typically companies are allowed a maximum of 4 representatives at the Career Fair. If more representatives are coming, please specify when you register or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information sessions provide companies with an opportunity to get basic information out to interested students. They are held the evening before the Career Fair and help students get an idea of what your company does, where it is located, and what kind of jobs the company might offer. It is a great way to get your name out to students (based on past experience, holding an information session the night before the Career Fair helps increase student traffic to your table during the Career Fair)!
CESAC reserves interview rooms in the Stewart Center (next to the Purdue Memorial Union) for the day after the Career Fair. If you would like to reserve one of these interview rooms for a company, please specify when you register or email email@example.com.
