Envoy Inc., a local construction and development firm, has appointed Jonathan White as vice president of construction. He most recently served as a superintendent and later as a design manager for Hensel Phelps. White received his BS in construction engineering and management from Purdue University in 1999.
Dr. Hubo Cai, associate professor with dual appointments in Construction Engineering and Management and Civil Engineering, has been named recipient of the 2017 Ross Judson Buck Outstanding Counselor Award.
