Our history is simple; yet profound:
What began as a survey firm founded by Paul I Cripe in 1937 and expanded to include architecture and civil engineering in the 1940???s, has now become a leading Minority Owned Business (MBE) Indiana multi-disciplinary design firm. Employee Owned, we are headquartered in Indianapolis with offices in Bloomington and Evansville, Indiana, and Southwest Florida.
We wear our history with pride. We are 83 years young and like any built environment the quality, sustainability and strength of its foundation is integral to longevity and purpose. Mr. Cripe understood that to holistically serve our clients delivering innovative design solutions was not the whole picture. He believed a firm must embody the core values of Accountability, Integrity and Community Service. This valued blueprint brought into being The Cripe Way (Accountability), Cripe Leadership Model (Integrity) and Cripe Charitable Foundation (Community Service).
We exist as there are buildings to be built and renovated, land to be developed and communities to be created and enhanced. From feasibility to design, all these possibilities bring challenges and issues to solve.
