Civil Engineering graduate student Aishwarya Puranam has been selected to receive the ACI Presidents' Fellowship for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Aishwarya graduated in December 2013 with a BSCE from the Lyles School of Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering, and returned in August 2014 as a graduate student working with Prof. Santiago Pujol.
