The Lyles School of Civil Engineering’s Christopher B. and Susan S. Burke Graduate Program in Civil Engineering continues to be recognized as a top 10 graduate program in the country.

U.S. News & World Report has released its national rankings of graduate programs for 2024 with Purdue Civil Engineering ranked #7 in the nation. The graduate rankings are computed from the responses to a survey sent to deans, heads, and selected senior faculty.

“We are incredibly proud of what our graduate program continues to accomplish,” said Luna Lu, acting head of the Lyles School of Civil Engineering. “Our faculty and staff work tirelessly to ensure our students receive the best education and research opportunities possible.”

Overall, Purdue’s College of Engineering graduate program was ranked fourth in the nation.
