Indiana LTAP is pleased to announce that Bob McCullouch has joined the team as Program Manager.

Indiana LTAP is pleased to announce that Bob McCullouch has joined the team as Program Manager.

Bob McCullouch has worked with Purdue University’s School of Civil Engineering as a Research Scientist, as Director of the Civil Engineering Multimedia Development Lab, and as an Assistant Professor. Most recently, he has served within the Division of Construction Engineering and Management as a Research Scientist, a Continuing Lecturer, and as the Director of 3iD, an IT research and development group. Prior to coming to Purdue, he held various engineering positions in the civil engineering industry.

Bob McCullouch has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University, and a Master of Science and PhD in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states.

Indiana LTAP, housed within Purdue University’s School of Civil Engineering in West Lafayette, Indiana, provides technical assistance to the highway, road, and street departments throughout Indiana. LTAP offers training programs conducted at Purdue University as well as throughout the state, safety assistance through the HELPERS program, as well as research and regular publications. LTAP’s goal is to help those responsible for the local transportation network perform their responsibilities correctly and efficiently.
