The Dadarlat Lab studies hierarchical cortical processing of visual and proprioceptive information in the healthy nervous system and develops strategies for sensory restoration following disease and injury.

We use a broad array of experimental techniques to address these topics, including animal behavior, electrophysiology, two-photon imaging and electrical and optical modulation of neural circuits.
