Numerous research assistantships, teaching assistantships, and fellowships are available for students pursuing master's or doctoral degrees. Currently, all graduate students in the program receive a full-tuition waiver and a stipend of up to $25,000 per year. In addition, numerous fellowships and research assistantships are available for combined (MD/PhD) degree students. The majority of students in the program receive a full-tuition waiver and a stipend of up to $25,000 per year. To apply to the combined MD/PhD in biomedical engineering program, submit applications to the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering and in both cases indicate your interest in the combined MD/PhD program.
