Graduate assistant positions are available in the area of autonomy and control in the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue University. Qualified candidates with degrees in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, applied mathematics, or closely related fields are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to students who have experience in either of the two following areas:
 
1. Numerical optimization: convex and nonconvex algorithm development, optimal control of autonomous systems
 
2. Design, algorithm implementation, and experiemntal test of unmanned ground and aerial vehicles.
 
The selected students will be offered a scholarship to cover his/her full-time tuition and a monthly stipend commensurate with his/her credentials.
