WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Kevin Solomon, assistant professor of agricultural and biological engineering, testified at 10 a.m. on Tuesday (March 12) before the U.S. House Subcommittee on Research and Technology during a hearing on “Engineering Our Way to a Sustainable Bioeconomy.”
Solomon’s testimony focused on the implications of his research at the intersection of engineering, synthetic biology, and the microbiome. He was joined by other experts from industry and academia who also testified.
