I was born in Lima, Peru in 1983 and since I was a kid, I always dreamt on becoming an astronaut and going up to space and hopefully to the Moon; this dream took me to Purdue University with the help of my family and enrolled in the program of Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Within this department, I have decided to pursue a major in Structures and a minor in Dynamics & Controls because I enjoy every class related to those areas.

My family has only four members, my parents Marlene and Kleber and my sister Joanna currently live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I like doing a lot of things and I would like to do other things as well; some of my favorite sports are biking, swimming and soccer; I also watch a lot of movies, mostly comedies and drama. I would like to learn how to fish, go climbing, camping, learn Russian and play more soccer.

I joined the UAV Project with Prof. Hwang because I expect to learn a lot from this work and have fun.
