Team 9: Programmable Music Box

The programmable music box is an innovative design that allows the user to create a melody. The retro, wooden finish adds to the aesthetic appeal and vintage nature of the toy. The music box includes three banks of tines – corresponding to C Major, Eb Major & G Major – each with 2 octaves. The tines are struck by pins which can be inserted into the rotating cylinder. The user is also able to control the speed of the melody through the variable speed motor.
