Dr. Jacko is a Professor of Environmental Engineering within the School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and has been a member of the faculty since 1972. Prior to joining Purdue University, he spent 6 years in the Industry where he obtained a Patent for his work on air flow systems engineering. As Purdue faculty member, he teaches one undergarduate course and three graduate courses in air pollution in addition to directing the Air Pollution Research Laboratory. He has been a member of the Air and Waste Management Association since 1970.

AREA OF EXCELLENCE
Prof Jacko's areas of interest are in air pollution management and control, transportation noise problems, and environmental occupational safety and health.
