Unleashing the power of computing and data at scale

The convergence of hardware, data and simulation tools, and a global infrastructure for cloud computing has the potential to accelerate innovation in learning, research and development. As we move towards exascale computing and petascale systems become widely available, synergistic combinations of physics-based modeling, data science, and machine learning open exciting applications. Examples include, providing real-time feedback to industrial processes, accelerating product design and enabling personalized education at scale. This panel will focus on the opportunities unleashed by pervasive access to high performance compute and data tools.
