LAB: Steel Sculpture - Shop Drawings
Students match sets of detail drawings of various components (coped beams, girders, bolted angles, etc.) to connections on the steel sculpture. Through this exercise, students mentally ‘construct’ the connections from the components and are able to better visualize “how things go together.”

Students Connecting with Industry Sessions (SCIS)

Encourage your students to attend the special student events at this year's NASCC!

The FREE, special student event, called Students Connecting with Industry Sessions (SCIS), will be on Thursday, May 12th. In addition, students who attend the full SCIS will receive $100 towards travel and FREE admission to the Conference Dinner.
